Oh &%$!, Alice Horton!

People have posted a bunch of old Days of Our Lives bloopers on YouTube, most from that wonderfully cheesy show Bloopers and Practical Jokes that Dick Clark hosted back in the 80s.  (If I hadn't had a life, I totally would have watched it on Friday nights, but since I totally did have a life and was not lame, I absolutely did not watch it when it originally aired and am only aquainted with the show through these adorable little online snippets.)   

I think Susan Seaforth Hayes being dirty, Frances Reid saying "shit" and MacDonald Carey saying "god dammit," and Deidre Hall struggling to pronounce "infinitesimal" are probably my favorites, but funnier by far than any of the screw-ups are the 80s hairstyles and sartorial statements.  The bloopers are of varying entertainment value and picture quality, but worth viewing because we all know that if we don't know our fashion history, we are doomed to repeat it.  Gauchos.
