I Am Struggling Valiantly Not To Make A "Thong Song" Joke

The good news: All My Children won __________ of the Week honors somewhere! Usually all this show wins is "Mallory's Profanity Laced Tirade of the Week", so this is exciting and new for them.

The bad news: That somewhere is The Soup and the Clip of the Week honors.

More bad news: That means that in a television landscape that includes The Hills, Paris Hilton's My New BFF and Rock of Love: Charm School, All My Children did something embarrassing enough to warrant this special mention.

Bad news continued: The clip was all about whether or not Cameron Mathison was wearing a thong.

I have to say, after Zaprudering this clip in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable, I don't know if that's a thong; I think it might be a t-shirt that bunched up in an unfortunate way.

I'm so happy that this is being talked about, haha. I couldn't believe my eyes when I was watching that scene - so naturally, I played it back in slow motion. I think it's a thong.. but I also think it's hysterical that I'm not the only one who was trying to figure it out.

OMG! I saw that on "The Soup"(aka one of my favorite shows EVER... it isn't a week if I haven't seen The Soup[Joel McHale is love])!

It definately LOOKS like a thong and if I didn't know any better I would think it was one but... I have trouble believing that (1)AMC would give him a thong to wear and (2)CM would actually wear it.

It does not matter if it's a thong or not, because this is the most entertaining AMC has been in some years now. The current storyline with Ryan/Green/Aiden/Annie sucks. The spermgate baby and groundbreaking storyline sucks even more. I find the The Soup mentioning Cameron/Ryan on whether he's wearing a thong is funny is hell. Too bad AMC couldn't be mention regarding having a well written groundbreaking storyline.
